It depends on the number of people and frequency of use. A family of four can last about 2 to 3 weeks with a 40 gallon black tank. Your gray water tank will fill up faster from showering and running the sink.

Waste residue and debris can accumulate over time and cause your sensors to read like your tank is full or partially full when it's not. Once we power wash the inside of the tank to clean the sensors, they should work - unless there is a wiring or electronic issue. We also provide before and after pictures of the inside of the tank.

1. Some of our customers like to have the tanks power washed at the end of every season to remove any dried up residue from the previous year that may cause problems down the road.
2. If there are odors coming from the tank, you should first check the vent pipe for cracks or clogs. If the vent pipe is all good, then you should have your tank power washed to rectify the smell.
3. Your toilet keeps getting clogged. There could be a buildup of paper somewhere in the system hindering the flow of the waste water.
